ORIGINAL WORK & COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

ONLINE:
We accept only original work by the original artist and only if it has not been previously published anywhere.

PRINT:
We will accept REPRINTS, as long as the work has only appeared ONLINE, and you have followed ALL of the previous publishers guidelines, AND you let us know where it has previously appeared in your cover letter.

We require first rights for the period that your work is posted on the website. All rights revert back to the author upon publication for print, and upon archival for online publication.

You are then free to send it anywhere you like, as long as you agree to acknowledge edifice WRECKED as the original publisher. Please note, it will still be accessible in the archive section of this website. If for some reason you need us to remove it, please send us an email and we will be glad to.

PAYMENT

Payment, at this time, is unfortunately nonexistent. However, if your work appears in the print version, you will receive a free copy of the magazine.

GENERAL SUBMISSIONS POLICIES

SIMULTANEOUS/MULTIPLE SUBMISSIONS:

Simultaneous submissions are okay, as long as you let us know immediately if it is accepted elsewhere. Multiple submissions, however, are not. Please limit yourself to one submission at a time, and we promise we will get back to you VERY soon (hopefully 1 week. After 2 weeks, please feel free to query.) As soon as a piece is either accepted or declined, please feel free to send something else in.

SUBMISSION FORM:

Please be sure to use our new ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM. Any submissions received directly via email will be returned.

**IMPORTANT! Please provide a NON-AOL address for us to reply to. AOL's spam filters won't let email from our server come through.

CONSIDERATIONS:

Your work will be considered for both the website and the print magazine. Although, all submissions are considered for the website first. If we also decide to print your submission, as it appears on the site, you will be notified either at the time of acceptance, or at any time prior to the print publication. If, at this time, you decide you do not wish your work to appear in the print version, you will be able to decline our offer of print. Either way, your work will remain on the website.

TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE

Upon acceptance, for either online or print publication, or both, you will be required to provide us with additional information; such as, your full name, any bio you want printed, and your written agreement to all of the terms listed in this section.
